Felisha W. Battle is a purpose-driven nonprofit strategist, communications expert, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in mission-based leadership, marketing, and community engagement.

Her career spans the nonprofit, association, and entrepreneurial sectors, where she has led multimillion-dollar initiatives, built national partnerships, and driven large-scale community engagement efforts. Throughout her journey, Felisha has collaborated with leadership to support and advocate for children, teachers, minorities, military families, and more — work that reflects her deep commitment to not just doing a job, but making lasting impact. As the daughter of a proud U.S. Army veteran, she brings a special heart for military communities and the unique  challenges they face.

In addition to her work in mission-driven spaces, Felisha has launched and grown successful ventures, and has supported a variety of grassroots efforts with strategic communications, branding, fundraising, and outreach. She is also an experienced meetings planner and international speaker who brings energy, clarity, and passion to platforms.

Felisha holds a Master’s from George Washington University and a B.A. from Hampton University. Her leadership style is faith-filled, intentional, and community-centered, with a  passion for uplifting underserved voices.
